RMV – Single Group Fitness Class Pass
Terms & Conditions:
• Permits the user to attend ONE group fitness class.
• All classes are eligible to attend.
• 14-day class booking window.
• Can book a minimum of 10 min before the class start time.
• You must book a class to attend. You will not be allowed to participate in the class if you are not signed up.
• This pass does not have a purchase quantity limit. It can be purchased multiple times a month per person.
Class Cancelation Policy: If you can’t attend, you must cancel your class booking a minimum of 6 hours before the class start time. If you fail to cancel 6 hours before the class start time, you will not receive a credit for the class pass. If you cancel on-time, you will receive a $15 credit for the class pass.
Expiration Policy: The pass remains valid for one month. The expiration period begins on the date of purchase.
Class Pass Cancelation Policy: To cancel the class pass, please email NRG@out-fit.net. Your request will be completed in 1-2 business days. Please note, we require a cancelation notification before the end of the pass’s expiration date.
