RMV Fitness Class Membership- Annual Unlimited - Auto-Renew

RMV Fitness Class Membership Terms & Conditions

Participation Policy:
- You must have an active monthly membership or have paid for a single class to participate. Registration through the NRG Health Fitness Mobile App or Web App is mandatory. Failure to sign up in advance may result in being unable to attend.
- Not shareable between family members or friends.

Billing - Auto-Renew:
- Membership will automatically renew monthly at $49 for a duration of 12 months from the purchase date.

Membership Cancellation:
- To cancel your membership, please email info@nrghealthfitness.com with your cancellation request. Please include your name and email associated with your account.  
- If you choose to cancel your membership during its term, you will be charged the remainder of the membership fee.
- Cancellation requests are processed within 1-2 business days.
- No prorated refunds for mid-year cancellations.

Reserved for Residents of RMV Only: Classes are exclusive to RMV residents.  

Sign Up Policy: You can sign up for a class up to 0 minutes before it starts, but once the class begins, sign-ups are closed.

Guest Participation Policy: Guests are not permitted to participate in these classes unless authorized by NRG. To inquire about guest participation, please contact info@nrghealthfitness.com

Cancellation & No- Show Policy: To avoid charges, cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class. Clients will receive one warning per 30-day period. Following the first late cancellation or no-show, a fee of $5 will be charged for each subsequent violation.

Class Reminders: An automated class reminder email will be sent to each attendee 7 hours before their scheduled class. This reminder will include a reiteration of the cancellation policy, giving clients an hour to cancel if necessary to avoid any penalties.

Booking Window: Book up to 2 weeks in advance.

Waitlist Policy: If an attendee cancels, the system will notify individuals on the waitlist in the order they were added. This process will continue until 2 hours before the class starts. If a client's name is not on the attendance list within 2 hours of the class, they should not attend unless the instructor communicates otherwise directly to the client and adds them to the attendee list manually.
