Even Flow Yoga - Stretch & Strengthen

Join us for an all-level yoga flow where we focus on self-care, self-expression, and mobility. Linking breath to movement and working on cultivating a strong relationship with your body, this class has something for everyone. From the experienced practitioner to the brand new yogi, this class is challenging and accessible! Each class is different and challenges you to tune in, listen to, and move your body in a way that serves you, and the growth of your practice both on and off the mat. Enjoy a thoughtfully planned yoga practice that helps you cultivate inner strength and a deeper connection with your mind- body-soul being.

Our series is accessible for all levels of practice and we welcome everyone. Bring a friend, a relative- anyone in need of yoga. We can all benefit from regular yoga practice.

Our SHRED yoga is a 6 week series and takes place Wednesday evenings at 8:30pm for 60 minutes. The series is open to SHRED members and non-members.

Pricing for SHRED905 members is $99+HST for the full series.

Non-member pricing is $110+HST for the full series. 

All participants are required to commit and pay upfront in order to secure their spot. Unfortunately SHRED905 will not be offering any pro rated packages or offer any make up classes for this series.

SHRED905 does not provide Yoga mats- please be sure to bring your own mat. 

We do provide filtered and chilled H20, please bring your own water bottle. 

We ask you arrive on time and please turn off all devices during practice.
