Breathwork Session - Connecting You to Your Inner Support Network

Breathwork is a therapeutic, somatic practice where you choose a deliberate pattern of breathing for 10-45 minutes to intentionally boost/change your physical, mental, and emotional state.

This session is appropriate for both beginners and experienced breathers, ages 16 and up.

It will begin with a quick introduction and explanation of breathwork and demonstration of the breathing patterns that will be used. Then you will be guided through an arrival meditation before moving into the breathwork practice. Supportive touch will be offered but can always be declined. 

Please note: Breathwork is not advised for those with heart/blood pressure issues, retinal issues, or people in any stage of pregnancy. What to Bring:

-Yoga Mat

-Comfort Items (like an eye mask, thick yoga mat, or favorite blanket)

-Extra Layers (some people experience temperature changes while breathing)

-Journal (Can be a good ides so you can jot down any Divine Downloads that come through)

Rebe is the owner of Freya's Haven, an online metaphysical and crystal shop. She is also a certified, trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and meditation teacher.
