This is a workshop intended to cultivate a deeper connection between you and someone you love (partner, parent, friend, etc.) by diving into the topic of death together. If you don't have anyone you'd like to bring, you are welcome to come by yourself.

Does the thought of death scare you? Intrigue you? Or do you try not to think about it? Hailey is going to bring death into the conversation so we can look at it, accept the reality that it will happen to all of us, and share how we can use that awareness to deepen our connections with ourselves, to our loved ones and live deeply while we're still here.

This workshop will inlude an opening circle, meditation and breathing, opportunities for group and partner discussion, journaling and time to integrate and share together at the end. We will be interacting as a group as well as one-on-one with the person that joins you and/or your journal if you decide to come alone.  

Hailey Boswell recently completed a death doula training with the Anam Cara Acadamy and has been facing her own fears and anxieties around the topic. She will be sharing what she’s learned along the way and is looking forward to digging deeper in this workshop with you! Hailey has been teaching yoga since 2016 and facilitating breathwork sessions since 2020. She is a yoga retreat facilitator and has a passion for creating safe spaces for people to dive deeper into the parts of themselves they might not feel safe enough to visit very often.
