Join us for a deeply nourishing workshop designed to unwind the body and calm the mind. This two hour session blends the therapeutic benefits of myofascial release with the stillness and depth of yin yoga, guiding you into a state of deep release and renewal.
Using props such as therapy balls, blocks, and blankets, you’ll learn simple, effective techniques to release tension in the fascia—the body’s connective tissue—helping to improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase body awareness. Following the self-massage work, we’ll move into a grounding yin yoga practice, holding postures for longer periods to target the connective tissues and allow for deep opening.
This workshop is perfect for anyone feeling tight, stressed, or simply in need of a reset. All levels are welcome—no prior experience necessary.
Bring: A yoga mat, water, and an
open heart.
Optional:
Therapy balls (or we’ll have some to borrow), cozy layers, and any
props you love.
