The OPSM Youth Management Membership is for Elite Athletes who need help in navigating the right steps for their future careers. Players under the OPSM Youth Management Membership will be guided by OPSM Advisors on a weekly basis. In addition to this, players will also receive training programs, and created a goal-setting sheet, professional CV, and an online profile on the OPSM website platform. All players under the OPSM Youth Advising Membership will also have free access into OPSM’ Mental Strength and Management & Networking classes. These Classes will be held weekly and ran by OPSM Team, Sports Performance Coach Jake Teale, guest coaches, and professional players.

OPSM Youth Advising Membership has been put into place to help build the individual players understanding, character and confidence off the field in order to guide them to success in their lives.
