Come to Heartwood’s gorgeous property to Restore Your Soul with this 3 hour Workshop of deep introspection, Breathwork, Meditation, reconnection to nature, and a Restorative Yoga practice with (optional) Essential Oils.

Participants will be encouraged to be silent throughout the entire experience to allow for deeper healing and awareness. The use of silence as a tool for turning inward is an important part of self-awareness and is a way to gain insight into one’s feelings and behavior.

No prior yoga experience needed.

**Students will be outside on the grounds of Heartwood in this workshop. Please bring sunscreen, jackets, bug spray, other items as needed for comfort up to 1.5 hours outside**
