This workshop explores yoga's view about money and our complicated relationship with wealth ( or what we perceive as a lack thereof.)  Exercises, discussion, and a varitey of yoga activities help participants become aware of their own isssues and attitudes regarding money, where they came from, and how it affects their health and sense of identity. This is followed by a look at yoga's spiritual teachings that explore abundance, teaching us how to reestablish a healthy relationship with money, budgets, personal abundance and our identity as it relates to our finances. This workshop includes a yoga practice, meditation, journaling as well as lecture and discussion.
