Welcome to a sacred Breathwork & Reiki Circle designed to gently guide you into the expansive realm of your heart, where healing and transformation unfold effortlessly.

Through the powerful union of Breathwork healing and Usui Reiki, we embark on a journey of deep somatic release, allowing the breath to act as a bridge from head to heart. As we surrender to the rhythm of our breath, we awaken the nervous system, inviting in waves of somatic, emotional, and spiritual release.

Join us in this sacred circle as we honor the wisdom of the body, embrace the power of the breath, and journey inward to discover the boundless depths of our own hearts.

**Breathwork healing (there are many names) is an exploration with your body, mind, heart, and spirit through a somatic, self-healing technique. A 2-part active rhythmic breath done through the mouth to allow the overstimulated mind to surrender and saturate the body with prana to open up the energy channels to release stuck energy within the body.

Kathy Rivera (she/they/ella) proudly navigates her identity as a first-generation Salvadoran American. As a Trauma-informed Energy Medicine and Yoga practitioner and devoted mother, Kathy brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Raised amidst immigrant struggles, Kathy initially embraced the corporate path, determined to make her parents proud. Certified in Yoga, Breathwork Healing, Behavior Change, and Usui Reiki Level II, Kathy imparts wisdom through transformative healing events. With a rich background in healthcare and wellness, her unique approach transcends traditional wellness, weaving trauma-informed care and healing modalities rooted in ancient wisdom and philosophy.

In-person Workshop Policies

• Please check in at the front desk upon arrival.
• We encourage our community members to stay up-to-date with all vaccinations, including Covid boosters.
• You are always welcome to wear a mask; masks are available at the front desk.
• Please do not come to class if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness.
• If you are testing positive for Covid, please join us online until you test negative. 

When registering for a one-day event or single session of an ongoing series: Refunds will be granted when requested in writing up to 24 hours before the workshop begins. Early cancelations will be held as account credit unless a request is made in writing to the registrar. Late cancelations are non-refundable. If a workshop is canceled due to low enrollment, the registration will be refunded to the original form of payment. We do not accept retroactive cancellations for classes or workshops.
