For those people who like to get down and dirty with the pole this workshop is for you. This is a choreography workshop which will put your sexy side to the test. Come and get filthy on the pole with Dan and enjoy one of his signature heel flow choreo routines which he will teach us in this 1.5 hour workshop.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and focuses on dance and base pole work.

Things you will need for this class: Heels, Bottle of water, towel and knee pads (leg warmers are also fine to use as kneepads)

Prerequisite:  Completion of Intro to Pole or equivalent

Pole Sharing:  Please note there will be pole sharing, up to two students per pole in this workshop

Waitlist Policy: If the workshop is full you may join the waitlist without being charged, however if a space opens up, you will automatically be added to the workshop and your card on file charged the registration fee up to 4 hours before the start of the workshop. If this happens you will be notified by email and SMS (depending on your notification setting in Wellness Living) so please monitor your emails.  If you are added to the workshop from the waitlist, the cancellation and refund policy will immediately apply, so manage your registration on the waitlist accordingly.  If you change your mind, cancel off the waitlist to avoid being added and charged.
