Description
Single one-on-one personal training sessions each session lasts 60 minutes.
The recovery session takes about 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of stretching, foam rolling or gua sha.
We create customized recovery and stretching programs because we know that we are all different and we do not have the same body shape.
Our recovery and stretching sessions are designed to improve your mobility, flexibility and strength by combining different techniques such as ballistic, dynamic, active, passive, agility, static, isometric and PNF stretching. We can help you improve your functional movements and teach you, how to enhance your biomechanics to make your body feel free of pain and stress.
