This package includes personal training 8 sessions per month and includes open gym membership. Personal training services to help each of our clients meet their fitness goals.. During your initial consultation we'll discuss your goals. We'll also do a fitness assessment to determine your current fitness level. I will develop a custom exercise plan to help you achieve your goals. Your one-on-one training will be based on your level and fitness goals. This plan includes (8) one hour personal training sessions per month and basic gym membership. This is a 3 month contract. Billed $460 per month. Your first month payment of $470.00 includes the $10. 00 registration fee
