Dynamic Human Performance’s HS football training will consist of a combination of strength and conditioning exercises including, weightlifting, plyometrics, and explosive exercises. It will also incorporate football specific drills, exercises, and body movements that focus on developing speed, agility, and coordination. We will also focus on the mindset needed to perform well on the football field.
