Everyone’s posture is unique to them. As we age our posture starts to wander due to repetitive strain, sitting, using popular electronics, old injuries, and many other reasons.
Achieve your ideal posture, by releasing chronically held muscles. After which using gentle strengthening and toning exercises, we can help to rebalance our bodies to feel more comfortable, experience less pain and move more efficiently.
Not only do we need to know how to release tight muscles, but we also need to learn how to strengthen the right ones for us personally, to have the most ideal posture we can.
It is awareness-based work to regain your posture. Once you know the easy steps to take for better posture, you can use them for the rest of your life.
In this 2-hr workshop you will receive:
- A personal posture analysis, in a group format or not
- Somatic Release Techniques – reset your unbalanced body.
- Pilates Neutral Alignment and Principles, Stabilizing and Strengthening techniques.
- A handout to take home, for you to remember what we did and apply these new habits into your daily life!
