Mason's sound baths are far more than just pleasant to the ears. He utilizes the typical instruments of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, etc. while also improvising sounds with random objects designed to release trapped memories and emotions not typically accessed by a “typical” sound bath. Mason also activates the other senses including scent with aromatherapy, using hot / cold temperature changes to activate the “touch” senses, and mimicking elements like wind and rain to explore the depths of our subconscious through this true sound alchemy session.
