Thank you for listening to the call and accepting the invitation to join me as we gather in community, love and compassion for our bodies, minds and souls.

It is a good idea to set an intention now for this experience so that you are preparing your body, mind and soul for the best possible experience.

Included in the session cost is an optional microdose of psilocybin. This will be provided to you at the beginning of the session. Microdosing psilocybin and engaging in a sound bath experience can be a unique and potentially transformative combination, but it's essential to approach it with care and responsibility.

Microdosing involves taking a sub-perceptual dose, a fraction of a recreational dose, with the intention of experiencing subtle benefits without the full psychedelic effects.

1. Mindful Preparation: Set positive intentions for both the microdosing experience and the sound bath. Consider what you hope to gain or explore.
2. Consider the importance of integration. After the experience, consider journaling your thoughts and feelings and anything that arose for you during or after the session.
3. People can respond differently to both microdosing and sound experiences. What works for one person may not work the same way for another. This is why it is recommended to start low.
4. Always prioritize your safety and well-being. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medication, consult with a healthcare professional before considering microdosing. 

What to bring: Nesting materials and An open mind :)

*A yoga mat, blanket (or 2), pillow and any additional props to ensure a comfortable and supported practice (bolster) **eye mask!**, Comfortable loose clothing, H20.

Please Note:

If you have a cough, I kindly ask that you don’t come. Coughing during this session is highly disruptive to the flow of the experience. If you have a cough, please let me know and we can work something out as an alternative. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you have time to find parking and set yourself up; class starts at 7:00 p.m. sharp and we cannot let you in once the class has begun so please arrive on time!
