The fee to attend this monthly sound bath session is $33. We will begin this session by practicing a few yin yoga poses and breathing. The remainder of class will be sound healing and a guided journey. Sound healing encourages the body to go into deep rest and rejuvenation for cells/organs/muscle tissues. It brings mind, body, and spirit back to harmony and balance. 

Blankets, pillows, and eye masks are encouraged. Please remember to hydrate before and after class.
