Description

Restorative Yoga is an elixir for the body and soul. With the use of yoga props, like bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye pillows, there will be no effort on your part but to relax, breathe and listen. Poses are held for extended periods of time to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for rest, digestion and healing.

Benefits include: reduces chronic pain, improves sleep, boosts your immune system, releases muscular and mental tension, develops qualities of compassion and understanding, plus more!

Aromatherapy: giving you the ability to breathe deeper, relax easier while it decreases anxiety and emotional stress.

Guided Meditation: a soft voice carries you away with a visualization to bring tranquility, reset your nervous system, elevate creativity and mental clarity.

Plus an ice cold glass of prosecco bubbly with social time at the end of class!

We have all the yoga props required for this event. Just bring your yoga mat, water and a friend!
