Join Kseniya for an indulgent afternoon of nourishing yoga, breathwork and meditation.
Part one: flow through a series of gentle energising yoga poses to generate warmth in the body and explore the use of breath and mantras to bring your focus on connecting to yourself and nurturing a positive mindset.
Part two: get cosy with props and blankets for a floor-based practice including mellow stretches that will open your body in a soft supported way.
Part three: enjoy breathwork exercises and meditation to deeply relax and unwind, cleanse your energy and balance your mind leaving you feeling fresh, renewed and prepared for the winter season.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
