Please join us for an evening of chakra activation and meditation. We will use the tools of chakra mantras, chakra mudras and chakra tuned singing bowls frequencies, to awaken the 7 energy centers that live along the spine. The mood is truly restorative, so that you can cleanse the body and mind too, finding peace.

Bring your mat and blanket if you have them.  Studio props will be available.
