In partnership with the Brownlees Foundation we are running a series of familiarisation swims at Ripon Race Course Lake. During these sessions you will be able to swim the full course of the swim with expert safety paddlers and crew to assist you if required. 

These sessions aren't a “Coached” session but our team (incl coaches) will be on hand to answer your questions and offer advice. Upon arrival you'll be booked in and then you can follow the marked course and do as many laps as you wish in the duration of the session. 

The fee includes entry to the lake, safety cover & a donantion the Brownlee Foundation Charity. 

Particpants must provide thier own brightly coloured swim cap (availible to purchase at booking), White, Silver,  Black or dark colours will not be allowed.
