Join David for a buoyant and alchemizing class where we’ll dive into the essence of Spring, harnessing its energy to cultivate renewal, growth, and joy within ourselves. Drawing inspiration from Katonah Yoga theory, we’ll explore the metaphor of the body as a house made up of 3 floors, 9 rooms, and 10 doors. 

First, we’ll lay out the blueprint and groundwork for our time together. Then we’ll transition into a seated breathwork and meditation practice, integrating the insights gained as we map this metaphor onto the dimensional landscape that is our body. 

If the body is our personal abode, consider this spring cleaning - sweeping through each room, dusting out the corners, rearranging the furniture, and creating space for new possibilities and expanded vision both on and off the mat.
