Trust is foundational for growth and healing. We cannot change our lives without trusting we are capable of that change. In order to build trust we must have safe spaces where we can show up with curiosity and play to discover and flourish in our self-awareness. 

 

 

Alex Brookhouse is a multidisciplinary artist and creative. Having been a working installation artist in Los Angeles and New York City for 15 years, she pulls on her creative experience to facilitate workshops that show the participants how attainable and fluid the concept of trust is. For those 15 years, Alex wore the image of the artist but never trusted the authentic expression of her art. Through soul searching, she found a deep fracture of trust that was holding her back. She realized that trust is everywhere and that all she had to do was create the circumstances to build it. That's this workshop. She utilizes unconventional activities and practices that pull one into the present moment to gain a more complete picture of oneself. She guides participants along the edge of where the self meets divine inspiration. She has facilitated trust for over 450 people worldwide.
