Yoga 101 is
coming back with 4 very special workshop sessions in 2024 and
2025!
Yoga 101 is great for every one
and every BODY interested in beginning or deepening their yoga
practice. Join us for this 4 week, 4 session workshop with beFree
senior instructors Tiffany Honea, Gina Stainback, Samantha Prock
and Elise Carter, and enjoy trained
personal attention, a detailed breakdown & review of anatomical
alignment of yoga asanas (poses), breathing techniques (pranayama),
going in more depth through the 7 chakras, and SO much
more!
Our Beginner's Yoga Workshops are
a wonderful opportunity to finally dip your toe into the yoga pool;
to deepen an existing yoga practice; to invite your friends and
family who have wondered about this whole “yoga thing” but are
nervous to jump right into a group class.
We think of this workshop as an
extended private session - our goal is to see each and every
participant leave with an increased comfort level in asana,
fantastic and accessible modifications for their amazing body
(regardless of age/fitness level), and an excitement to see what
lies ahead in their personal practice, both on and off the
mat. Be prepared to have fun
and learn something new about yourself.
