Fun, fast paced 45 minute circuit style workout. Challenge your whole body with a series of six stations that will benefit both your muscle strength as well as your cardio fitness. This training will accommodate beginners on up.

Our boutique studio is located in Suite 405 on the Hopewell campus of Capital Health Medical Center. Class sizes are limited to ensure individualized attention. Please wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring a water bottle and towel if you'd like.

If paying with Quick Charge, employees must visit the Wellness Center prior to the first session and see Maria to process your payment to secure a spot in the class.
