A class focused on muscular strength and endurance, that will also burn calories not only during class but for hours after you leave. The movements and format will change from week to week but the goals of strength, toning, and conditioning, will remain throughout. This class will use a mix of bodyweight, free-weights, and band movements to achieve your personal goals.

Our boutique studio is located in Suite 405 on the Hopewell campus of Capital Health Medical Center. Class sizes are limited to ensure individualized attention. Please wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring a water bottle and towel if you'd like.
