Inner Warrior is for those advance athletes focused on establishing a foundation of biomechanics, musculoskeletal structure, and core stability as they most effect our athletes results in performance and prevention. Throughout the program, our coaches will implement four progressive phases of training, all of which seek to accomplish specific objectives in preparation for the next step:
Phase 1: Development of the athletes aerobic, balance and physiological base
Phase 2: Increase Muscular strength and power, while introducing sports specific activities.
Phase 3: Combines the anaerobic and aerobic capacities into a series of circuit training to reach peak athletic performance
Phase 4: Pre-competition drills and activities that are designed for preventative maintenance, active stretching, sports specific footwork, and plyometrics exercises.
