“Finding Stillness
- An Introduction to Meditation, Breathwork and Deep
Relaxation” with our
delightful Emily Kaye.
Join Emily for a 90
minute journey into meditation and deep relaxation. Expect candles,
bolsters, blankets and hands on adjustments in
savasana.
We'll be learning from Emily's expertise in
Restorative yoga, meditation and breathworks to really connect with
our breathing, mind and bodies.
You’ll leave
feeling blissed out, restored and having learnt some new ways to
bring mindfulness into your daily life.
In the session you
will use gentle movement to relax the body and soothe the nervous
system, before delving into the world of mindfulness and
breathwork. In this workshop will you will learn simple but effective techniques
to:
-Reduce stress
-Help with anxiety, chronic pain & depression
-Sleep better

-Live more in the present
