Welcome to Bodies By Akeem Outdoor Bootcamp.  This is an outdoor large fitness group class designed for 10 to 50 people.

This is NOT a CrossFit class.  So what's the difference between CrossFit and Bootcamp style group class?  Fortunately for those confused, the distinction between the two is quite simple – Crossfit is meant to induce explosive athleticism and sports-specific developments, while Bootcamp is meant to improve bodily composition and general health in a short-term and convenient manner.

Bootcamps are extremely effective in terms of delivering a great workout because they combine several intense exercises and string them together into one difficult circuit. The end result is a very high heart rate and a huge calorie burn. This is especially beneficial for those looking to lose weight, and improve their cardiovascular health.

WHY OUTDOOR?
Exercising outdoors provides all the physical benefits of indoor exercise (blood flow, improved cardiovascular health, improved strength, flexibility, endurance, etc.) and can also provide vital exposure to sunlight that increases important levels of vitamin D, unlike indoor exercise.  Outdoor exercise can lower blood pressure and reduce stress, help with insomnia, deliver sunshine, burn more calories, and release more dopamine (feel good hormone).

SESSION ROLLOVER -
Please note that sessions do NOT rollover.  Sessions missed by clients are considered forfeited, and cannot be made up.  However, account may be placed on hold in the event of medical emergency, loss of employment, or other serious personal or family matters.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION:
The Copernicium service plan requires a one (1) year subscription.  Clients who terminates service prematurely will still be responsible for 100% of the remaining account balance until the 12th month is complete.
