Our 60 Session personal training body transformation program is designed for those looking to shed unwanted poundage, increase lean muscle mass, or increase overall strength and conditioning.  

Though this package is designed specifically for in-studio training, clients with access to a commercial gym, apartment gyms, or a well-equiped home gym can also take advantage of this program via virtual training.

Sessions in this package can be scheduled 2 to 3 times per week.  Additionally, clients can share their sessions with their spouse, child, or friend.  Please note that any and all unused sessions in this package will be forfeited 12 months from first visit date.  In other words, you will have 12 calendar months to use all sessions in this package.  Failure to do so will will result in loss of sessions.  No refund or credits will be issued for expired sessions.
