If you enjoy working out in a team environment, then small-group personal training is perfect for you.  Our Rhodium membership is a 4-person training that builds camaraderie, support, community, and lasting friendships.  

Our Rhodium membership is different than any other small group personal training out there.  Client's can purchase the membership and setup up their team of 4.  Because we understand that it's important for members within the group to get along, and work well together, we prefer that those looking for small group training come with their team of 4.  

Let's be honest, most small group training session are NOT about the clients.  Rather, it's about the trainer, and how he/she can maximize profits.  And while it's referred to as “small group personal training,” truth is, there's absolutely nothing personal about the experience.  It's a scam.  All the trainer is doing is putting everyone in a circuit and rotating them around from station to station, regardless of the client's fitness level.  We don't do that here at Bodies By Akeem.  Each individual within the group will have a tailored program that's specific to their fitness goal.  NO TOW PEOPLE DO THE SAME CARBON COPY PROGRAM - EVER!!!  Best of all, use cookie cutter programs, social medial influencer workouts, or workout of the day (WOD) found on the internet.  We create our own

The Palladim membership is designed specifically for in-studio training, and cannot be administered outside of our studio or premises.  This plan allows clients to train three times  (3) a week, and requires 6 month contract.

SESSION ROLLOVER -
Please note that sessions do NOT rollover.  Any and all session missed by client are simply forfeited.  

ACCOUNT TERM
The Rhodium plan requires six (6) month contract.  Clients who terminate prematurely will still be responsible for 100% of the remaining account balance.  Client will be granted a 20% discount on the balance if the remaining balance is paid in one payment.
