The Studio 505 12-Month Membership Program is designed to offer an affordable unlimited membership to Studio 505 members who commit to a 12-month (1 year) autopay membership.
Eligible participants in the program are individuals who enroll in a monthly autopay membership using a valid debit or credit card, which is charged on a set billing date each month. To continue to be eligible in the program, the participant’s membership account must remain in good standing with Studio 505 at all times.
Benefits of the program:1.There is no activation fee.2. Unlimited Classes. Unlimited participation in open group classes at any Studio 505 location.3. 1 free guest pass per month (guest must be new to Studio 505.)
Membership benefits are non transferable and may only be used by the applicable member, and only so long as the individual is in good standing with Studio 505. Program benefits have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash or any substitute. Program benefits cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or promotion, including any other promotional offers available to program participants. Program benefits cannot be applied to a prior purchase.Cancellation Policy: Studio 505 must be notified in writing of a desired cancellation at least one week prior to the client's next billing date.  
To cancel the 12-month membership before the end of the contract, there will be a cancellation fee.  In the event of a cancellation, the 12-month membership will be changed to the Monthly Membership, and the client will owe the difference in membership dues.  For example, if the client cancels their 12-month membership after their 3rd month, the membership will be transferred to the monthly membership, and the client will owe the remaining monthly membership dues.
