The Advanced program is used to help build improvement and elevate performance.

Are you ready to take your volleyball game to the next level? Our Volleyball Strength x Power x Agility Youth Training Program is designed specifically for young athletes who are committed to enhancing their performance on the court. With a comprehensive approach focusing on strength, power, agility, and volleyball-specific skills, this program will help you reach your full potential over 3 months (June 1 - August 31). Cost is $569+hst, with session booking availability June 1 - Aug. 31. Closed on stat holidays July 1, and August 5, 2024. Any unused sessions will expire August 31, 2024 and cannot be accredited for.

Weekly Training Sessions:

Duration: 60 minute sessions,  24 sessions, recommended 2x / week. Flexibility of use with the 24 sessions throughout the program.  This program can also be used for July - August at 3x a week as an option for those who cannot commit in June. Modifications to the program may be provided.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 10:00 am, 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturdays - 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
Max 6 persons/session

Use your online pass to book into any of the above time slots each week, 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy.
Sessions will focus on a combination of strength training, power development, agility drills, and/or volleyball-specific skills.
Our trainers will guide you through dynamic warm-ups, targeted exercises, and skill-building drills to optimize athletic performance in a small group setting with 1-6 athletes. Sessions booked on a first come, first served basis with a waitlist available.
