Monthly Unlimited, beginning from first visit.
Per Month Pass for $119/month via student authorized automatic credit card or debit card charges.

Cancelling Auto-Pay is the pass holder’s responsibility. A cancellation request must be received via email/phone message at least 14 days in advance of your billing cycle.

Pass is non-transferable. Pass extensions are not given. (family/physical emergencies being an exception)
Pass does not apply to special events or workshops.
 
By continuing with the sign-up process, you agree to the following:
(a) I agree to purchase the Auto-Pay Monthly Unlimited Pass for $119/month as an automatic charge to my credit card or debit card for a minimum of three months and each
month thereafter, until I cancel.
(b) I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card or debit card given to and held on file by Moab Yoga.
(c) I understand that I will be notified if my credit card or debit card fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $10 late fee will apply if I do not provide valid credit card or debit card information within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.
