Advanced Cupping: Cupping with PNF Stretching

This class combines the two modalities of Cupping and PNF Stretching or Facilitated/Resistance Stretching. 

The decompression of Cupping combined with resistance stretching with the cups applied to the body gives the client not only increased range of motion but also released deep adhesions. 

The class is designed for the therapist who already performs cupping and has taken a class in the basic foundations of vacuum cupping with plastic cups. 

The therapist will learn upper and lower body techniques that combine Cupping and PNF Stretching. 

The class is 8 live CE’s, very participative , and the student receives a cupping set with the class but is encouraged to bring set from Jim’s Cupping 1 class with them. 

No prerequisite necessary but having taken Foundations of Cupping highly encouraged.

Hand Sanitizer

Paper Towels or Hand Towels

Notebook and Pen/Pencil
Bring lunch or Money to go out to lunch

Wear loose fitted clothing.

DIRECTIONS: Our entrance is right on Route 46. DO NOT take the right turn onto Hill Rd. Continue straight past Distinctively Outdoors and our building is right next door. There is a sign that says Parsipanny Medical Complex.  We are in the front on the right. You will see our sign on the window.

PARKING:

***We are located in a medical complex. The parking spots are for those patients that are infirmed and cannot walk. Please park on the street behind the building. When leaving rear parking lot, make left turn, go halfway down the block, hang a u-turn and come back to our building to park on the side, facing up the hill. It's a two-way street, so the cars must be on just one side of the street. Our side. Exception: Sunday classes can park in the parking lot.
