We bring to you two incredibly skilled healers, April Daly & Jennifer Young, to offer an evening of relaxation and healing.

April Daly is a yoga teacher, Reiki master, massage therapist, artist, and sound healer. 

Jennifer Young is a Reiki master, medium, and intuitive healer. 

On June 2nd, they will join forces to bring you a very special event: Reiki & Sound Healing Workshop. 

All you need to bring is an open heart and willingness to release tension and stress. You will lie down comfortably, with the support of props like bolsters and blankets, while April plays crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. Jenn will perform Reiki for a few minutes on each participant. You don't need to do a thing, just lie down and enjoy the sounds.

This is a peaceful and therapeutic experience. April utilizes the power of sound vibrations to induce deep states of relaxation and meditation. The vibrations from April’s instruments will resonate with both your physical body and your auric energy bodies (fields) to promote healing and a sense of well-being. Combined with Reiki, in itself, deeply relaxing and healing, and you're in for a treat.

At the end of the event, Jenn will share what came up to her, and you can ask questions and share your experience if you wish.

This is a unique opportunity to experience deep healing in a warm and safe environment.

We provide all the props you may need but please dress in warm and comfortable clothes, and bring socks. If you tend to feel cold when you lie down, bring an extra blanket.

MORE ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:

April Daly spent the first part of her life in the performing arts. Traveling internationally as a professional ballerina, she cultivated the skills that would serve her in the next phase of her journey, the healing arts.

For the past 25 years, April has immersed herself in the healing arts, as a licensed massage therapist, energy practitioner (Reiki Master) as well as a registered yoga instructor since 2009.  

Most recently she has completed certification in Integral sound healing and is enjoying bringing the use of vibrational sound into her practice, assisting people with healing and deepening their connection to self on often profound levels.

April strives for kindness to all and keeps at the forefront of her mind that we are all vibrational beings, and at our very best we can vibrate and connect ourselves with that consciousness of light which is pure unconditional love and acceptance. She feels grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of the Studio 108 community and looks forward to journeying together with you.

Jennifer Ford-Young has been deeply engaged in her healing journey for many years. A few years ago, she was called to start helping others to heal and relax, which led her to become a Reiki Master. Jennifer considers helping others on their healing journey a beautiful honor. She realizes that healing and growth are not easy, and when someone allows her to assist them in their journey, Jenn finds it deeply humbling. 

If you have a yoga mat, bring it. If not, we have enough to share. Wear comfortable warm clothes, and bring socks. Our bodies tend to get cold when at rest. If you tend to get cold, bring an extra blanket. Most importantly, bring an open mind and willingness to let go and release tension. You will leave this event feeling brand new.
