Join Giselle & Rae for the combined medicine of sound, and circle and introducing the ceremony of heart opening cacao where we gather in community and gently lean into rest and reflection….sitting with the sounds and the silences.

Many cultures have understood that from dark silence come whisperings of new beginnings and the stirring of the seed underground. It is for this reason that the time leading up to Winter Solstice is considered a very powerful time of the year. It’s a time of waiting and expectancy for the light of the sun’s return.

Winter is a season of rest, where nature slows and almost stops. We invite you to deepen into winter, gently leaning into rest and reflection, sitting with sounds and silences carrying you inward to inner wisdom as soul seeds take form in readiness to be brought into the light. 

This circle is about taking a sacred pause resting in the dark of the longest night, cocooning and reflecting in the quiet of winter with a glimmering spark of the light and hope to come.

• Everything is provided, just bring yourself
  
  
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to our Circle start time to allow for a few moments to settle in, brew a cuppa and begin to drop in to the space.
• Your journal and a pen to jot down any thoughts or ideas that arise or resonate.
