Learn to Meditate is our signature weekend course for those who want to start or strengthen their personal meditation practice and want to do it with professional teachers. We will teach you how to build a practice and navigate your challenges in a very supportive, intimate and nurturing environment.
Our course attracts those who are not looking for a standard beginners meditation course. We cover many rich topics and make the learning very personal and community focused. We thoughtfully curate our content and create beautiful experiences to help you get into meditation without being tied to a traditional classroom model. We believe that learning is must be embodied and experienced as opposed to just theory based.
Location: In-studio at Mirosuna, South Melbourne
Format: Delivered over 1 weekend
Course Dates: May 4th to May 5th (10:15 am - 5 pm each day)

- Strategies to sustainably integrate meditation into your daily routine
- How to approach your practice and settle into a meditative state
- How to trouble-shoot the common experiences that arise in meditation (i.e. mind-wandering)
- Various approaches to meditation (anchors, modalities and postures)

About Vivienne Law
You’ll be guided by Vivienne Law, a Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher and Registered Nurse (Mental Health). Vivienne teaches meditation and mindfulness across various settings, including: inpatient, outpatient group therapy, corporate and in studio.
Vivienne was once a skeptic, but after giving meditation a go with an open mind, she soon found comfort in a regular practice. Vivienne is passionate about demystifying meditation and mindfulness, making it more accessible through education and sustainable behaviour change strategies.
About Sally Kellett
Sally Kellett is a Wellpreneur coach, professional meditation teacher, certified sound meditation practitioner and founder of Mirosuna - a wellbeing hub and mindfulness studio created for busy professionals to truly recharge.
After experiencing the real, tangible benefits of mindfulness herself without giving up hours of her day to meditate, along with studying mindfulness both in Australia and internationally, Sally now teaches others how to bring meditation and mindfulness into their own lives so they can live in true alignment to their purpose and passion.

This course requires a minimum number of students to go ahead. In the event that the course doesn't run, you will receive a full refund (minus any transaction fees).
If you cancel the course outside of 30 days prior to the course then you may receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 30 days will not be refundable as we have limited spots for this course.
We are taking a very limited number of students for this course as we would love to keep the group intimate and tailored to those there.
Special Instructions
What do I need to bring?
- Your lunch (we have a short lunch break on both days so please bring food for the day.
- Pen
- Notebook
- Single or Queen sized flat sheet and throw to cover our meditation bed
- Anything else that best supports your comfort and learning
What kind of support is there if you have questions between sessions?
A private Facebook group will be set up in week 1. This provides a central place for course related questions and posting of additional resources. Please ensure you have a Facebook account for this.
What happens if you can’t make a session?
Please ensure you let Vivienne or Sally know by emailing hello@mirosuna.com.
All additional resources and home practice will be posted in the Facebook group and you’ll have the workbook to refer to for information.
