This policy will expire 6 months after purchase date.
This contract is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
If client cancels before the expiration date, there will be an additional fee of $100 and client will also be responsible for remainder of contract.
Due to the limited number of spaces in a class, the following fees will be enforced.
No Show Fee: $20
Late Cancel (less than 24 hours): $15

The $150 will be charged on the same date every month based upon your purchase.
