This 2-hour session will include a mix of theory and movement. After attending, you will have a much better idea of what your pelvic floor is, how it connects with your breath and your core, and how to think of your pelvic floor through movement and activities.

Includes a guided body scan meditation, breath work, mobility, stability & strength
The entire practice will include cues to help connect with your pelvic floor muscles
The concepts we will learn can help to reduce and prevent pelvic floor symptoms, like bladder leaking, pelvic organ prolapse, pain in the pelvic area, and discomfort with intercourse.
