This is going to be the VERY best challenge program you've ever participated in and the timing is sooo right!

45 days - Kick off on May 15th and we'll wrap up on June 28th - we're going to work hard, eat right, prioritize sleep and hydration for 6 weeks and then head into summer holiday season like a BOSS, fit, strong and in control of our health and fitness.

Our goal is to build healthy, sustainable, effective habits that get you on track and KEEP you there long after the Challenge is “over”!  There is no finish line, being fit, healthy and strong is a lifestyle that we NEED now and forever!  

We'll be requiring a minimum of 4 workouts a week along with daily nutrition, sleep and water intake goals.  

You'll get:
-Unlimited access to all our classes at Iron Heart Studio
- extra Open Studio booking times added to the schedule
-Membership to a supportive private Facebook page where you'll receive check in's, weekly challenges, live chats, workouts, meal ideas and the comradery of our amazing community of Challengers!
-An optional 3 day Personal Training Program in case you can't make it to class
-PLUS we're throwing in a complimentary Iron Heart Gym pass!

But...what's a challenge without a little prize at the end??!  You'll be earning points for your attendance, your nutrition, sleep and hydration goals and for referring friends to the studio...whoever has the most points weekly wins a prize and whoever has the most points at the END wins our grand prize!
