6 Week Series Includes

- 6 live weekly group practice/discussion sessions. You may attend at Sound Method or virtually. Practices will be recorded and sent to participants as well.

- 6 Weekly on demand educational videos to introduce the self care theme of the week. These videos will help you to understand the data supporting self care and valuable strategies for employing self care into your life. Having the ability to digest these lessons on your own time will allow you to reflect on how each mismatch is affecting you, and how you can overcome the challenge in a way that is meaningful to you.
