We’ll be learning a full song length choreo over two 1.5-hr sessions. Expect more in-depth breakdown of movements and a higher stamina routine than a weekly class.

Kneepads, heels, and prior Exotic L1 experience are highly recommended.

Zoey is a Tantra Fitness instructor and occasional stripper/performer. She’s been dancing for six years and teaching for two. Her classes are high-energy yet flow-focused with an emphasis on finding what works for your own body.
