Youth fitness will consist of boxing fundamentals and strength and conditioning (S&C). S&C will be every Monday, boxing every Wednesday. This class is designed to teach the basic movements of fitness and boxing. If needing advance or specific training, then I recommend personal training with one of our DP coaches.
Our youth fitness starts at the age 8. Although, we may accept keep starting at 6 depending on their extension span and comprehension. This class is not a daycare and coaches will expect your child to listen and obey during class. The coach has the right to sit a kid aside if disrupting the class. If this is an on going problem then the coach will address the parent in warning of a 30 day suspension.

Children can not cuss!
Child can not be disrespectful to coach or any other staff, member or child.
Child Must listen and obey coach.
Child must out forth a hard work ethic.

For additional children within the family their will be a $25 charge per child after the initial charge of $50.
