Your 6-12 year old has the option of signing up for half day or full day programming for Pro-D days at Üphoria. Children will get the chance to engage in age appropriate programming to introduce them to the fundamentals of yoga in order for them to build a strong foundation. Other Pro-D day activities include breathing techniques, arts and crafts, dance, music, games, quiet time and free play. Each child should come prepared with one snack from home if attending half day, and two snacks and lunch if attending full day.
