Do you have a good base in ballet but don't feel quite ready for our weekly beginner classes? Beyond the Basics Ballet is just what you need to continue to build your confidence and muscle memory in ballet! This 4-Week progressive series will help you continue to learn the basic building blocks of ballet and adding new elements to your repertiore (and is designed as a follow-up to our Absolute Beginner Ballet course!). Each week will build upon the last, and by the end of the series, we are confident that you'll be ready and excited to continue taking more of our regularly-scheduled beginner ballet classes!

 

This course also includes a FREE class credit for use after the series concludes so that you can continue your dance journey!

 

Ballet is an artistic dance form performed to music using precise and highly formalized set steps and gestures. Classical ballet, which originated in Renaissance Italy and established its present form during the 19th century, is characterized by light, graceful, and fluid movements.

 

While attendance at all 4 weeks is not required to take the series, if you think you'll miss more than 2 of the weeks, we do recommend that you wait until our next session.
