Workshop: Russia Exotic Pole Flow

What is it? It is a combination of controlled, flowy moves with low pole tricks ad floorwork, Choreography can be modified for different levels. It is the best way to feel sexy, sensual, confident, and strong to express yourself. This class starts with a warm-up preparing the body to the specific moves from the choreo. 

All levels are welcome. Modifications will be available for different levels.

When: Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 starting at 7:45pm (90 minutes)
