April marks Sexual Assault Awareness month, and in efforts to raise awareness, we are organizing a donation-based Rage Yoga Event. This event operates on a donation basis, and the funds generated will be contributed to the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center. About Rage Yoga:

Rage Yoga is all about do no harm, but take no shit, while finding your own path to becoming Zen AF!

Students are lead through an inclusive yoga practice, free of judgement/stigma to provide a safe place to fully express themselves authentically. To increase self awareness and acceptance within their own practice, as well as strengthen and build those same connections with other badasses such as themselves!

We respect all boundaries and encourage vocalization and the release of pent up frustration. Sometimes it's just a heavy sigh and sometimes its a yell, yes that means an unadulterated, judgement free, F-bomb can absolutely escape those lips of yours if you find that cathartic... Or maybe you’d like to just scream about having to do dishes again, or the slow driver in the left lane.

What Rage Yoga is not, is a place to just plain mean/rude. We won’t tolerate it and will kindly ask you to leave. We don’t do judgement, we don’t impose our will on others, we respect that each person, their body type, ability, background and path to peace is different, and expect the same courtesy and compassion from those who chose to join us.
