Foundations of Dance classes follow a typical dance studio class format. Warm up, centre work, cross floor and different combination every week.

Tech Styles is designed for experienced, returing and post grad dancers. We will explore Jazz, Stylized Jazz, Contemporary and Lyrical dance. You must have an intermediate to advanced level of knowledge and skill to attend this class.

Footwear is up to you. Jazz shoes, barefeet, socks etc.
